A wild cheetah walked into a man’s jeep while he was on safari.
Britton Hayes is the son of news anchor Elisa Hayes, and he and some friends were on safari looking at a pack of cheetahs. According WLOS, one of the cheetahs got curious and went into Britton’s jeep.
We started to notice the cheetahs became curious of the vehicle. But it was too late to drive quickly away or anything like that because you don’t want to startle the animals, because that’s when things usually go wrong.”
This is not at all a common occurrence.
He described it as one of the scariest moments of his life, but was advised by his guide to stay calm and not make eye contact so as not to threaten the cheetah.
