Though size isn’t necessarily an indicator of health, YouTuber Ruibosu wasn’t living his healthiest life when he was walking around at about 303 lbs. He knew he had to make a change, and a year ago, he committed to a lifestyle that included more exercise and a better diet.
Ruibosu started out heavy. But he knew that with discipline and determination, he could be happy in his own skin.
Three months later, he was already starting to see progress — the scale now read 238 lbs instead.
He wasn’t done yet, though. The weight continued to come off, and he kept working toward his goals.
He wasn’t just losing fat, though — he was also gaining muscle.
By the time a year had passed, he was down to 151 lbs. That means he lost half his body weight!
He’s continued to work out and now aims to build muscle. We’re not only stunned by how different he looks, but also happy that this young man has made a tough change in his life to be healthier and happier!
