Think humans are the only ones who can enjoy the luxury of a five-star hotel? Well, not in India!
Critterati is a luxury hotel in Gurugram that caters exclusively to our non-human companions.
The hotel boasts that it is “redefining pet culture” and offers every type of room — from a standard room to a suite — that would be offered in other luxury hotels.
While there, pets can: dine on foods from a “specially curated menu that’s delicious and healthy at the same time” at the Pet Cafe; get the medical care they need at the Critterati Clinic; and enjoy a little pampering at the hotel’s Care Castle.
But Critterati isn’t simply for lounging around. The hotel recognizes every pet’s need for exercise and entertainment. For that reason, they have a play area complete with slides, hurdles, and a swimming pool.
When animals do need a break, though, there is a lounge where they can rest and even enjoy their favorite movie. Your dog can also enjoy a Snuffle, a Belgian beer made exclusively for dogs, during the film.
Critterati wants to do more than give your pet the best experience money can buy; it wants to give you, the owner, the best pet money can buy. That’s why the hotel also offers dog training, so that you won’t have to worry about your pampered pet coming home and tearing up your furniture.
The best part about the hotel is that it is significantly cheaper than most human luxury hotels. One night stay only costs around $70 USD. Compare that to the costs of a stay at the Hyatt!
