Dogs are, of course, meant to walk on four legs (though sometimes they get a couple extra!). But through congenital conditions, injuries, or illnesses, some dogs end up with fewer limbs.

Cora Rose, a poodle who was rescued by Marley’s Mutts and belongs to Heather and Zach Skow, is one such dog, but that doesn’t stop her from getting around! This curly pup doesn’t have her two front legs, so she’s had to make do with her back ones. Though she sometimes needs a bit of help, which she gets with a special poodle-sized wheelchair, Cora Rose is also surprisingly capable of walking, sitting, and playing on her back legs without any assistance at all!

This pint-sized poodle is an inspiration, but also a reminder that just because a pet looks a bit different doesn’t mean that they can’t bring joy, love, and laughter to a family home.
