Can you believe that the first Back to the Future movie came out 35 years ago?! It seems like just yesterday that we fell in love with the unlikely friendship between Doc and Marty McFly as they defied space and time for an unforgettable adventure.
It’s been thirty years since Back to the Future III came out, which means we’ve gone quite some time without seeing Doc (Christopher Lloyd) and Marty (Michael J. Fox) getting into mischief together. A few days ago, though, the two reunited at the Michael J. Fox Foundation Poker Night, and the photo they took is giving a lot of people a lot of emotions.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation hosted the poker night to raise money for the organization, which benefits Parkinson’s research. The Foundation was created by Fox himself after he was diagnosed with the condition back in 1991.
The photo is a sweet one, but many people are also shocked at how different the actors look now as they’ve grown older. Fox, who played a highschooler in the films, is now 58, while Lloyd is 81. It’s lovely to see that the two have remained friends after all these years.
