As things slowly start to return to normal around the world, people are once again getting to enjoy some of their favorite pastimes.

Still, large crowds are still either discouraged or outright prohibited in many locations, and most of us will still have to wait a while before enjoying things like festivals or concerts again. Thankfully, though, plants are not affected by COVID-19, and so when the musicians at Barcelona’s Liceu Opera House needed an audience, they enlisted the help 2,300 photosynthetic friends.

In a video that was shared by CBS News, the musicians played for a packed house, with greenery filling the seats in the Opera House. It wasn’t quite the same as having humans listening to their music, but hey, the plants certainly deserve to hear some auditory art just as much as the rest of us, right?
